The glock 20 has to be one of the most reliable and most powerful handguns I have ever had the priviledge to fire. The compensated model is more of a treat!

Glock 20

For those of you who say it is too big, it isn't. Please hold all remarks until you have fired this weapon. Even folks that are used to smaller framed .40's can and have and do and will enjoy firing this weapon. It is less of a "brute" than the .45 and with the factory 6-in barrel, is very acurate and still enjoyable to shoot. Oh, yeah -- get 'em BEFORE November. Think about it.

Great product at the best price that I could find. Customer service was completely honest when they told me that my order would take 7 to 10 business days. I have purchased a firearm from them before and that transaction went as smooth as this one. I will buy from them again. Thanks!

Great Firearm

Absolutely love it. I'm so happy Glock happens to make a 10mm Auto firearm. It wouldnt be right not being able to hold 16, 10mm rounds in your hand. Dosent recoil as bad as you might think. The compensated model is most likely a wonder to use.

Glock 20 10mm

WOW! What an Awesome Pistol! I have always wanted to get a Glock 20 10mm and I finally did. I was concerned about the recoil but with a Glock 20, it’s extremely manageable. It kicks less than my S&W .357 with a 4 inch barrel, which has less power. My first pistol was Glock 34 9mm and always liked Glock so this was a great decision to get another. I know that the 10mm ammo is more expensive but I feel it’s worth it to get “magnum 15+1rd auto pistol”. It will fits well in my “WAISTBAND INSIDE THE PANT HOLSTER”. When I leave NJ (They have 3 of the top 25 MOST DANGEROUS CITIES in the USA; Only slightly better than CA; Both CA&NJ dont allow citizens to protect themselves via CCW; Its working out great!) my Glock will be my CCW.

Glock 20 - Get one!
By Swerved
Review Date: 04/06/2009
Rating: Glock 20 - Get one!
I''ve shot a few handguns, and I''ve always been pretty comfortable around them even though I didn''t own one until 2 days ago. Glock, SA/XD, Desert Eagle, Browning, Ruger, Taurus, and Colt are mostly the brands I''ve fired in the past. I''ve always preferred Glock for some reason, and a friend of mine has a G29 ]sub-compact[. I liked it a lot and was very comfortable with it but I wanted a bigger grip so I went with the G20. All I can say is it''s freaking AWESOME. Absolutely the perfect balance between power and smooth shooting. If you want a large bore weapon that is easy to control, this is the one you want, look no further. The only modification I am going to go with is a tungsten guide rod to replace the stock plastic one. After that, it''s done. And of course, as with any Glock, it''s a breeze to clean after you''re done shooting. Can''t wait to go shooting again!

Glock 20 a power house

I purchased my glock 20 in 1993 with the optional nite-sites, and find it to be light weight but very durable. I have put thousands of rounds down range with out any ftf or fte. The only problem I had were three rounds that had bad primer''s, and I hit all three a second time with no results. The gun has quite a bit of recoil when fired with hotter ammo which is what I keep it loaded with. I tried many different brands of ammo and found that mine like''s Winchester 175 gr. Silver tip''s. I like the 10mm so much that I am about to buy a glock 29. Whatever model you choose, you can''t go wrong with a glock. Tackleberry, Albany, n.y.

This is a mighty fine weapon, it is well made, accurate, reliable, & fun to shoot. It does not have as much felt recoil as my 10MM Colt Delta Elite, it''''s very controllable. It is not fussy what kind of ammo you feed it, if it fits in the magazine it will feed it & shoot it with no problem.

Glock 20C

God Bless Col. Jeff Cooper and long live the 10mm auto. Cooper''s brainchild 10mm was intended to be an improvement over existing auto pistol rounds and boy howdy did Mr. Cooper succeed. I was a staunch traditionalist .45 acp/1911 guy ]concealed carry[ till I got a G20C from my wife for X-mas I tell you, I have seen the 10mm light! The G20 delivers a tremendous amount of firepower and does it quite well at that. I get the giggles when I shoot it ]forget pop...tick, think BLAM!WHACK!-repeat very quickly[ stackin'' ''em in there and hitting hard instant gratification. My only want for the weapon would be a better trigger. It''s a little heavy, a bit too much slack for me, not as crisp as I would like. That said, you can''t argue with results enough power and accuracy in a daily carry, high capacity auto to strike a Sitka Blacktail ]deer[ through the heart at 40yds and drop him into that big salmon berry patch in the sky before he even knows the jig is up. 4 out of 5

AWESOME,i do not own the 10mm yet, definetly will be purchasing it soon. Every time ive rented this dream of a weapon several times and just loooove it. VERY smooth and VERY accurate. Rounds were going into the same holes from the previous rounds.Im not that accurate with the other models. I owned several different Glock models. My first one was the model 30 .45acp,second model 19 .9mm,and third model 23 .40s&w. Model 20 .10mm should be a ]10[ star.

Power and Portability
By Andrew

EASILY more powerful than a 45, and less recoil than a hi-point 9MM, it is the perfect weapon. I have shot and practiced with several other pistols, this one just lines up. When I pull from a holster and point at target, the sights are level, no raising or lowering of the muzzle is required to line up the sights. Standard on ALL Glocks. It''s the little things like that that matter when you are drawing a hazy sight picture of an attacker that is rushing you. 20 feet in 1.5 seconds... they can get to you, can you get to them first??? I know my lead does, all 16 rounds of 10MM if need be. Of course, if this is your target practice weapon, I''d recommend a more common round, the cheapest in stock rounds I can find now are $.50 a round for 10MM Auto, and the real good stuff is WAY up there, closer to $2/rnd... But the Glock 20, Perfection among Perfection.

The most accurate Glock I own,yes its more accurate then my model 17 & model 21.The 10MM is a powerhouse when max loaded rounds are used.If you reload like I do you can enjoy magnum power from this gun with less felt recoil then most magnum revolvers. Buy one you won''t regret it.
